Erin Turns 2

On October 2, Erin turned 2. She is becoming such a big girl, and it is hard to believe how much she has grown in just the last 6 weeks. Her vocabulary has improved, and her ability to throw a temper tantrum has been perfected. She is an incredibly precocious and stubborn little girl, and while we know these attributes will serve her well as she moves through life...we only hope we can survive her toddler years! Here are some of the pictures from her birthday celebrations.

We started off the celebration on her actual birthday with a family celebration of ice cream sundaes (with sprinkles...which is really all she cares about).

Then, on Saturday, she hosted a party for all of her friends in the neighborhood and a couple of school friends. She wasted no time blowing out her candles (after all, she'd had plenty of experience in the days preceding).

The 3 Musketeers - Erin, Peyton and Cadence are all in the same class at school / daycare, and absolutely adore each other. We were so excited they could join us to celebrate her birthday!Running off the cake (and pizza and ice cream). We saved the presents for after the party, and boy did she score. She got an instrument set, a toy piano, books, a doll house, a stoller for her dolls, and so much more. I can't imagine how much fun Christmas will be!!
